Ascot Premium Hotel - Krakow

Train noise disrupted our sleep at times.

Marvellous and brilliant location close to the shopping mall, close to bars and restaurants. Nearby Ristorante Sant'antioco - great place to chill out. Big size room with the bedroom and a good breakfast and tea, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety...

Super clean and had that lekker vibe! Chommie at reception was so friendly and helpful. Digging the 4 types of pillows, made for an easy night's sleep. Plus, easy 10 min walk to Main Square and good brekkie options right around the corner!

Stairs could be a bit of a mission when you're tired.

Great location..... Quiet part of town but only 5 or 6 minutes, walk to the main Sq. Staff were helpful and attentive and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Very good value for money

Room and en-suite is small but functional

Very clean, good location, comfortable beds, adequate toiletry items. The breakfast that was included in the room fee was very good. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Parking was a short walk around the corner and staffed 24 hours for safety and convenience.

For the rare summer heatwaves there is no air conditioning and no fans - opening the windows cooled the room down. Unfortunately the main railroad line is only 40 yards from the window, with the windows open you can hear them all night.

Exellent breakfast, comfortable beds

The room was supposed to be a 'premium double' and was just a glorified closet, with beds so hard that I wondered if I entered a torture chamber. I was shocked when checking in took forever due to credit card verification, a clear sign of inefficiency. I expected a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience but alas, no such luck!

the hotel is ideal with pleasant staff, breakfast is rich, wonderful location perfect close to main station. it offers excellent service. they have cold beverages in the lobby bar.

Good location close to center in quiet side street. Good room, with proper beds for 3 adults, and nice bathroom. Very good morning buffet with fruit, cheese, cut meat and dairy products Elevator and air condition. Reception 24 hours with friendly and helpfull staff

The air condition in our particular room was not working - but we did not really need it, so we did not press for repair, but it was one af the reasons for us to choose this hotel. Our room had som noise from the trains running close by, but it was not a great problem, we slept quite well

Perfect Service and Ideal Location for Family Retreat!

Staff provided really good assistance, we felt welcome. Loved having breakfast paired with Prosecco-it was a good start to our days! Proximity to the Old Town made sightseeing easy. Don't miss the Viennese Eggs at breakfast. They were a real treat!

Fantastic breakfast; clean room; very helpful staff

Hotel staff was really helpful about the city and polite. Even the room was by the train rails but really quite to sleep.

The price is a little high if you do not get a smart deal. We were lucky got a smart deal.
